Job Purpose

As a Junior Account Manager, you will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating print projects, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced account managers, designers, and production teams, giving you valuable experience in the print industry while utilizing your Photoshop design skills to support client needs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Client Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns regarding print projects. Understanding that your clients have individual requirements - be flexible and creative to find the right solution for them.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in managing and coordinating print projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Design Support: Use Photoshop to assist in creating and editing print-ready artwork, ensuring designs meet client specifications and are ready for production.
  • Order Management: Process orders and book work into production, track and manage the progress of print orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • File Management: Ensure print files are correctly prepared, proofed, and approved by clients before production, with a keen eye for design details.
  • Quality Control: Assist in overseeing the print quality and working with the quality team to ensure that finished products meet the required standards.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on project status, addressing any changes or revisions needed, and providing design suggestions where applicable.
  • Reporting: Prepare client reports, status updates, and other documentation as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, design, and procurement and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of print projects. Gaining an understanding and appreciation of all roles within the department and the Production Team to provide outstanding service to all clients.
