Role Description

This Junior Account Manager role is a Full-Time (FT) position based on-site in the London Area (London Bridge), United Kingdom. The junior account manager will support senior account managers in overseeing client relationships, coordinating project activities, and ensuring services are delivered according to agreed timelines and quality standards.

  • Preparing account reports

  • Assisting with the documentation of requirements and follow-up actions
  • Organizing meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM or account management systems
  • Collaborating with internal technical teams to resolve client issues
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery
  • Supporting renewal discussions
  • Contributing to a positive client experience

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional client relationships, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities with attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing emails, reports, and summaries for internal and external audiences.
  • Comfort working with digital tools such as CRM systems, project tracking software, and standard office productivity applications.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client needs and support appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and take direction from more senior account managers while working independently on assigned tasks.
  • Prior exposure to technology, consulting, or cybersecurity environments is beneficial but not required.
  • Relevant education or training in business, management, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
