Job Title: Junior Account Manager

Salary: £32,000 Basic + £10,000 OTE

Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in a modern co-working office

The Opportunity

This role offers a supportive introduction into the world of client relationships and commercial growth. Working alongside experienced colleagues, individuals will learn how to manage accounts, support customers and contribute to ongoing success.

There is a clear pathway into more senior roles, typically within 12 to 18 months, with guidance and development provided every step of the way. All new starters benefit from Furza’s three-month training programme, including a fully funded three-week academy in Manchester, designed to build both professional skills and confidence from the outset.
