As a Junior Account Manager / Junior Campaign Manager, you will report directly to the Account Manager leading the accounts.
To succeed in this role, you should have a good eye for detail, be well organised & have an analytical mind.
As a Junior Account Manager, you will be:
- Managing Google Ads (including Paid Search, Display & YouTube) and Paid Social (Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchat) campaigns
- Set-up the different campaigns across various platforms, included but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and Bing.
- Follow Cosmo5’s methodology & implement search and social best practices throughout current accounts
- Optimise your campaigns to ensure overall performance of the campaign on an ongoing basis
- Ensure good account health and address any account / performance issues
- Create reporting and insights for each campaign: configuring client report dashboards, running and extracting database and campaign performance reports for clients and compiling monthly reports with Google Data Studio.
- Assist in the preparation of the Quarterly Business Reviews with each client
- Working closely with the Account Managers to:
- Understand and support their business needs and strategy of the department.
- Develop a deep understanding of the clients’ brands, products & services, and market
- Build automated customer journeys based on client briefs
- Support on client queries: researching and troubleshooting client queries and supporting the client and providing reactive and proactive assistance, as well as handling each client's needs on a daily basis
- Help maintain the relationship with media partners when relevant
- Keep up to date on industry's new feature and bring innovation to each client
- Accountable to keep each 'Client Bible' updated
- Ensure good account health and address any account / performance issues
- Create reporting and insights for each campaign: configuring client report dashboards, running and extracting database and campaign performance reports for clients and compiling monthly
- Help lead client communications where relevant and necessary

What skills are needed for this role?
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, time management skills, reliable, highly organised, autonomous, resourceful and proactive
- Ability to prioritise under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset
- Strong computer skills: Advanced MS Excel (databases, pivot tables, tables, graphs, reports), PowerPoint & MS Word
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Team player mind-set
- Deadline-driven and client facing experience
What experience is needed for this role?
- Previous digital marketing experience in paid search or paid social at least 18 months, client side or agency side
- Basic accreditations on Google Ads & Meta
- Experience with at least one platform (preferably Google)
- Experience with Google Analytics, or other analytics platforms
