About the role:
As Junior Account Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of key customer accounts, helping to deliver products from initial brief through to order and delivery. Working closely with Sales, Design, Product Development, Merchandising, QA, and our supply base, you’ll help manage the critical path, coordinate samples and approvals, and keep customers updated throughout the process. You’ll play an important part in ensuring accurate information flow (costs, specs, quantities, and timelines), resolving queries quickly, and maintaining a high level of customer service. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to build a career in a fast-paced fashion supplier environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with Senior Account Managers and Merchandisers to assist with all aspects of departmental.
- Ensure internal systems are up to date and.
- Raise and manage customer purchase orders, updating internal systems accurately.
- Prepare customer meetings: range sheets, status reports, and sample rails/boards.
- Action order sheets, PO checks, and reconciliations.
- Manage critical paths and liaise with factories, logistics, and technical teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Analyse data and market trends to identify new opportunities or product.
- Support in onboarding new accounts and attend meetings, trade shows, and client visits where necessary.
- Work closely with the merchandising and production teams to ensure margin targets are met.
