Junior Account Manager (ENTRY LEVEL ROLE)
Location: Remote from within the UK
Sector: Automotive Logistics
Salary: £27,500 plus commission & bonuses
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 with occasional weekend and evening overtime available
Reporting directly to The Key Account Manager, this position is a hybrid account management and operations role, taking complete ownership of the day-to-day relationship with your assigned client portfolio. The ideal candidate is someone looking to move into account management from a B2B customer service or operations role.

The role:
- Be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients both from an operational and service perspective
- Liaise with the Driiveme driver community to ensure job fulfilment and customer service standards are met
- Troubleshoot and manage any issues with both drivers and clients as well as internal colleagues
- Maintain regular contact with your clients through pre planned review calls and meetings and keep flawless records of these within the CRM system
- Prepare data and deliver presentations to your clients as required on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Work with the Operations Manager to process customer issues such as complaints and damage claims
- Work in conjunction with the Commercial Director & Business Development Manager to set up and onboard newly won clients before handover for account management
- Support the Commercial Director, Key Account Manager and both commercial and operational colleagues within the wider business where required
- Contribute to the UK commercial growth strategy with ideas and planning
- Monitoring and updating both internal and external platforms in a timely manner
- Daily and ad hoc tasks for both the operational and account management sides of the role
- Any other reasonable task as set by management

The candidate:
- Experience in a customer facing B2B role
- Highly customer focused with a track record of building strong customer relationships
- The ability to work under pressure in an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of motivation and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and a CRM system would be advantageous
- Home environment suited to remote working with a permanent setup
- Have the right to work in the UK
