About the Company

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent creative agency with an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional work across branding, design, digital, print and integrated marketing campaigns.

Due to continued growth, they're looking for a proactive and organised Junior Account Manager to join their friendly client services team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and wants to work across a broad mix of creative projects for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Description

Working closely with an experienced Account Director and Production Manager, you'll help manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple client projects across both digital and offline channels.

You'll become a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring projects run smoothly from initial brief through to final delivery, while coordinating with the agency's talented creative and production teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
