About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing accountancy practice experience who is looking to further develop their technical knowledge whilst gaining professional qualifications. Full study support is available, with the flexibility to study towards ACA, ACCA, or AAT, making this an ideal role for someone committed to a long-term career within practice.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice is essential
- Studying towards, or keen to begin, ACA, ACCA, or AAT qualifications
- Good working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounts preparation
- Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, TaxCalc, or Sage would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing accounts for a varied portfolio of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Assisting with corporation tax, VAT returns, and personal tax compliance work
- Supporting senior accountants with year-end accounts and client advisory work
- Liaising with clients to obtain financial information and respond to day-to-day queries
- Working with cloud-based accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, TaxCalc, and Sage whilst maintaining accurate working papers
