Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related academic discipline;
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an accounting/bookkeeping-related position would be considered a strong advantage.
- Good level of English language knowledge
- Very good MS Office skills - Excel, Outlook; Experience with accounting software is a plus
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team and under tight deadlines;
Your future role
- Posting of transactions to general ledger (incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements, travel expenses, etc.)
- Preparation of various reports, e.g. management reporting, statistical reports
- Assisting in the process of year-end closing and preparation of annual financial statements and other annual reports
- Monitor and stay up to date with the regulations, with a focus on VAT (Value Added Tax), CIT (Corporate Income Tax), and electronic invoicing legislation
- Preparation and submission of VAT (Value Added Tax), CIT (Corporate Income Tax), and WHT (Withholding Tax) returns
- Manage electronic recording of VAT on SEF (System for e-Invoicing)
- Regular communication with clients
- Assisting in the preparation of guidance and advice for clients on VAT (Value Added Tax) and CIT (Corporate Income Tax) matters, under the supervision of older colleagues
