A top international law firm is looking for a Junior Accounts Assistant to join its Accounts Payable team.
You'll be working alongside a small, close-knit team handling purchase ledger invoices, expenses, and client disbursements, with plenty of exposure to suppliers, internal teams, and day-to-day payment processing.

Day to day you'll be:
- Reviewing supplier invoices for office costs and client recharges
- Reviewing expense requests
- Coordinating weekly payment runs and managing urgent daily payments
- Resolving payment queries from colleagues and external contacts
- Handling client disbursements and processing VAT receipts
- Allocating incoming funds to settle invoices

What you'll bring:
- A-Levels or equivalent
- Some office experience
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in finance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle a busy workload
