Role Description

The Junior Admin Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, near London Bridge. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Providing general administrative support
  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

The Junior Admin Assistant will also support office operations by handling basic clerical duties, organizing office supplies, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document handling, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with a professional and clear manner in both written and verbal interactions
  • Ability to support Executive Administrative Assistance tasks such as scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic computer literacy
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work on-site full time in the London Area and collaborate effectively with a diverse team
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is beneficial but not strictly required
  • Relevant education or training in business administration, office management, or a related field is an advantage
