Role Description

This Junior Admin Assistant role is an internship position designed for individuals seeking part-time prospect experience in administrative support within a technology consultancy. The Junior Admin Assistant may also assist with preparing simple presentations, maintaining records, and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and comfort working with online collaboration platforms.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrate reliability, and follow instructions accurately.
  • Interest in technology and consulting, with a willingness to learn about business processes and digital tools.
  • Comfort handling confidential information responsibly and maintaining professional standards.
  • Previous administrative or customer support experience (including volunteer or academic projects) is beneficial but not required.
  • Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Administration, IT, or related area) is a plus.
