Junior Administrator – Glasgow
Salary: £28,000 + Training
Location: Glasgow
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Administrator to join a growing team in Glasgow. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in administration, with full training and ongoing support provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Process documents, emails, and general correspondence
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Respond to routine enquiries professionally
- Support colleagues with administrative tasks and coordination
- Organise documents, files, and reports
- Follow company procedures and maintain accurate information

Requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous administration or office experience is helpful but not essential
