About The Role

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and reliable Junior Administrator to join our construction team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills and build a long-term career within a supportive and friendly working environment.

You will provide day-to-day administrative support across the department, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our construction operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to emails professionally and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating databases and spreadsheets
  • Filing and organising documents, both electronically and in hard copy
  • Raising purchase orders and supporting the procurement process
  • Processing paperwork and assisting with routine office administration
  • Supporting colleagues with scheduling meetings and appointments

About You

Carrying out any other reasonable administrative duties as required

  • Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
  • Friendly and confident when communicating with colleagues and clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Accurate and detail-oriented

  • Able to work independently and use their initiative

Previous administration or office experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career.
