Junior Administrator – Prime & Super Prime Real Estate
Location: West London
Salary: £24,000–£26,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Employment: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, personable and proactive Junior Administrator to join our boutique real estate brokerage operating in the Prime Central London market.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a graduate, school leaver or junior administrator looking to build a career in property. You will work closely with our sales, lettings and client services teams, gaining hands-on exposure to high-value properties, clients and transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across sales, lettings and operations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, databases and property information.
- Assist with property listings, marketing materials, photography and floorplans.
- Support the team with transaction administration from offer through to completion/tenancy.
- Manage correspondence, documents, filing and general office administration.
- Liaise professionally with clients, vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants and solicitors.
- Assist with meetings, events and presentations.
- Provide a professional first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Professional and personable manner.
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
- Smart, polished and professional presentation.
- Previous administration, property, hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
