Argentum is a specialist provider of document attestation and legalisation services for individuals and corporate clients worldwide. We support clients with complex international document requirements by working closely with embassies, consulates, legal professionals, government authorities, and global HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Role Description

The Junior Administrator is a full-time, office-based position located in London Victoria.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in administration within a growing international business. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring documents are processed accurately, systems are kept up to date, and clients receive an excellent level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit solicitors to have documents certified.
  • Submit and collect documents from foreign embassies, government departments and other relevant organisations.
  • Manage daily office workflows and assist with the smooth running of office operations.
  • Update and maintain internal systems, including Zoho CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, Word documents and other internal platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for each client work order.
  • Ensure all client documents are handled securely and confidentially.
  • Book courier collections and prepare shipments via DHL and other courier providers.
  • Scan, file and save documentation electronically within company systems.
  • Maintain office stationery supplies, including printer ink, paper, folders, envelopes and courier materials.
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages and respond to general enquiries.
  • Meet with clients visiting the office and provide a professional and friendly service.
  • Daily communication with staff at Dubai office and any future offices.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
  • Responsive to client requests; ability to work under pressure and with flexibility
  • Experience of MS office including excel and word.
  • Experience of an online CRM system (such as ZOHO) is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Organisation, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a global team, as well as on own initiative; sensitivity to different cultures and working styles.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a small team in London office and take direction from management and directors.
  • Some office experience preferred but not essential.
