Junior Administrator
Introduction

Role Overview
- Location: Milton Keynes (3 days a week in office)
- Package: £12.71ph + training and development opportunities
- Duration: Initial contract until February 2027 with the opportunity to go permanent
- Industry: Software Development / Technology
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the processing of customer orders and invoices, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor incoming support requests and direct them to the appropriate teams.
- Help maintain efficient customer service processes by ensuring enquiries are handled promptly.
- Keep internal records, systems, and documentation updated and organised.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across different areas of the business.
- Work closely with colleagues to help coordinate operational activities.
- Identify and escalate any issues that may impact service delivery or order completion.
- Contribute ideas and support improvements to administrative processes and workflows.

Main Skills Needed
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and systems.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable working with computers and business software.
- Reliable, proactive approach with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Collaborative team player with a professional and adaptable mindset.
- Previous administration, customer service, Microsoft Office, or Zendesk experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
