Junior Administrator – Part-Time | Training Provided

About the Role
Apply4U is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Junior Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in administration, business support, and office operations. No extensive previous experience is required, as full training will be provided to help you develop the practical skills needed for the role.
You will support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, managing information, and helping ensure business processes run smoothly.
The role is particularly suited to someone who is organised, reliable, comfortable using a computer, and keen to learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and business information.
- Update internal databases and computer systems.
- Process documents, forms, and routine administrative information.
- Respond to emails and general enquiries professionally.
- Assist with preparing spreadsheets, reports, and documents.
- Organise and maintain digital files and records.
- Support colleagues with routine office and business administration.
- Monitor outstanding tasks and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Follow established administrative procedures and company processes.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised and reliable.
- Keen to learn and develop new skills.
- Comfortable working with computers and online systems.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Detail-oriented with good accuracy.
- Able to manage tasks and meet agreed deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Interested in building a career in administration or business support.
Previous administration experience is useful but not essential. Full training will be provided.
