About the role

UK Homes is a boutique estate agency based on Old Brompton Road. We work with landlords and tenants across London, Liverpool and Manchester and we're known for a personal, hands-on approach.

We're looking for an organised, detail-focused person to join us as a Property Administrator. This is the engine room of the business you'll keep our files, property records, and management processes running smoothly. It's a great entry point into London property: once you've found your feet, we'll bring you into the sales and lettings side and support you in building a career here.

What you'll do

  • Keep our files, records, and CRM accurate, organised, and up to date
  • Manage property management admin, including service charges, ground rent, and invoicing
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and managing agents to keep things moving
  • Track payments, chase outstanding items, and flag issues before they become problems
  • Support the team with compliance paperwork and current legislation requirements
  • Help prepare properties for listing and assist with viewings as you grow into the role
  • Get involved in sales and lettings registering applicants, booking viewings, and progressing deals

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
