Junior AI Implementation Specialist

A British financial services firm is currently dealing with significant operational drag in their back office. Manual reconciliations and outdated routing rules are slowing down their core functions, leading to backlogs and inconsistent data. As a Junior AI Implementation Specialist, you will help us deploy specific automation tools to close these gaps. This is a full-time, permanent position that is fully remote. You will focus on the practical details of how data moves through a system, helping us replace manual workarounds with reliable logic.

About Tech Pipeline

We fix the friction that slows companies down by addressing broken approval chains and manual tasks. We focus on the gap between the software a company already owns and the work that actually needs to happen. Our team looks closely at configuration files and logs to find where data goes bad or where a process has degraded into chaos. We rebuild specific routing rules and consolidate drifting backlogs rather than delivering abstract frameworks. We stay through the cutover and the first month of live operation to make sure the fix holds. We believe the tool the client already owns is usually the right place for the fix. Our goal is to remove daily drag so teams can get back to their primary work.

What You Will Do

  • Review system logs to identify exactly where data transfers fail or where manual intervention is currently required.
  • Configure basic AI prompts and scripts to handle repetitive data entry and reconciliation tasks for the client.
  • Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) so they accurately reflect new automated workflows.
  • Monitor the first month of live operations after a new routing rule is deployed to ensure stability.
  • Maintain a detailed decision log to track why specific technical changes were made during the project.
  • Assist in cleaning up stale data from legacy systems before it is integrated into new automation pipelines.
  • Test new automated workflows to ensure that data reaches the correct destination without errors.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify the seams in a client's process where automation can provide the most immediate relief.
  • Write clear, plain-English documentation for every fix you implement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Offer

  • A fully remote work environment that values results and clear communication over physical presence.
  • The opportunity to work on varied projects with a clear beginning and end.
  • Direct experience with real-world implementation and technical troubleshooting.
  • A professional culture that prioritizes documentation and named ownership of tasks.
  • Paid employment with a salary that is competitive for the entry-level market.
  • The satisfaction of leaving a client with a system that finally works as intended.

How We Work

Tech Pipeline operates on a foundation of clear documentation and specific results. We avoid unnecessary meetings, opting for weekly written updates and well-maintained runbooks to keep everyone informed. Because this role is fully remote, we rely on asynchronous communication and clear writing to move projects forward. We do not stay on as a permanent maintenance team: we fix the problem, ensure the client team can run the new system independently, and then we leave. We value the ability to look at a messy process, find the specific routing rules that are broken, and rebuild them so the work can flow again.
