Junior AI Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a Junior AI Implementation Specialist to join our team as we support a leading British investment firm. Large financial organizations often struggle with operational drag caused by disconnected systems and manual data entry. You will help bridge the gap between their current software and the automated workflows they need to function. This is a fully remote role where you will focus on turning AI configurations into stable tools that their internal teams can rely on. You will be responsible for ensuring that these new systems do not add more work, but instead remove the manual reconciliations that currently slow the firm down.

About Tech Pipeline

We fix the friction that slows companies down: broken approval chains, manual reconciliations, and systems that do not talk to each other.

  • Our team looks at the seams between applications to find where data goes bad or processes degrade into chaos.
  • We avoid abstract frameworks: we rebuild specific routing rules and consolidate drifting backlogs.
  • We stay through the cutover and the first month of live operation to make sure the fix holds.
  • We believe the tools a client already owns are usually the right place for a solution.
  • We value clear documentation, named ownership, and plain English.
  • Our goal is to remove the daily drag so teams can get back to the work that matters.

What You Will Do

  • Review system logs to identify where AI-driven automations are failing or producing inconsistent results.
  • Adjust routing rules within the client existing software to ensure data flows correctly between departments.
  • Draft and update SOPs that reflect how new AI tools should be used by the investment firm staff.
  • Conduct testing on internal chat interfaces and data extraction tools to catch errors before they reach production.
  • Document every configuration change in a central decision log so the client understands the logic behind the setup.
  • Assist with manual reconciliation of data during the initial cutover phase to ensure accuracy and catch outliers.
  • Monitor the first month of live operation and flag any drifting metrics to the project lead.
  • Update runbooks to ensure the client team can maintain the system once our engagement ends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Bring

  • A clear understanding of how to use large language models for practical tasks like summarization and data categorization.
  • Basic familiarity with logic-based tools: you should understand how "if, then" logic and basic branching workflows operate.
  • A high degree of curiosity about how systems break and a willingness to look through logs to find a root cause.
  • Strong writing skills: you can explain a technical fix in plain English without relying on corporate jargon.
  • The ability to follow a runbook exactly while also noting where the instructions might be confusing for a new user.
  • A disciplined approach to remote work: you are comfortable managing your own tasks and providing regular written updates.
  • Prior experience with spreadsheets or basic database management from university projects, internships, or personal work.
  • A focus on finishing tasks: you enjoy the process of cleaning up a messy backlog and seeing a project to completion.

What We Offer

  • A permanent, full-time position that is 100 percent remote.
  • Competitive pay that is attractive for the current market and reflects the specialized nature of implementation work.
  • The opportunity to work on high-stakes projects for a major British investment firm.
  • A work culture that prioritizes deep work over constant meetings and interruptions.
  • Practical experience moving beyond the hype of AI to see how these tools actually function in a corporate environment.
  • The satisfaction of leaving a client in a better, more stable state than you found them.

How We Work

Our team values clarity above all else. We do not spend our days in back-to-back video calls: instead, we rely on weekly written updates and a shared decision log to keep everyone aligned. When we work with a client, our goal is to eliminate the workarounds and manual fixes that cause frustration. Once the system is stable and the client team can manage it using the runbooks we provide, we move on to the next challenge. We believe that good engineering is often invisible because it simply works. This role is fully remote and requires a professional who can maintain high standards of documentation and accuracy without constant direct supervision.
