Job Title

A Birmingham-based insurance firm is currently struggling with manual data entry and disconnected software systems that create significant operational drag. As a Junior AI Implementation Specialist, you will work to eliminate this friction by deploying specific AI tools that automate repetitive tasks. You will look at the seams where their current software fails to talk to other systems and find ways to bridge those gaps. This is a full-time, fully remote position designed for someone who wants to learn how to apply technical fixes to real business problems.

About Tech Pipeline

We identify and repair the friction that slows organizations down.

  • Our work involves fixing broken approval chains and manual reconciliations.
  • We address the space between the software a company owns and the work they need to finish.
  • Our team finds where data goes bad by examining configuration files and logs.
  • We rebuild routing rules and update SOPs that no longer fit the current workflow.
  • We remain involved through the cutover and the first month of operation to ensure stability.
  • Once a client team can manage the new system alone, our work is finished.

What You Will Do

  • Audit current claims processing workflows to find where manual workarounds are slowing things down.
  • Configure AI models to extract specific data points from insurance forms and documents.
  • Write and update routing rules to ensure data flows correctly between different software systems.
  • Monitor system logs during the early days of a new implementation to spot errors or stale data.
  • Draft clear, plain English SOPs for client teams to follow once the implementation is live.
  • Assist in the manual reconciliation of data when a new tool is first introduced to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain a detailed decision log for every technical choice made during the project lifecycle.
  • Help prepare runbooks that allow the client to handle common issues without our help.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How We Work

Our team at Tech Pipeline values clarity over complexity. We use weekly written updates to keep everyone informed, which reduces the need for constant meetings and allows for more focused work time. Documentation is the core of everything we do: if a fix is not documented in the runbook, it is not finished. We expect every team member to contribute to our internal knowledge base and maintain an accurate decision log. We do not believe in long term retainers where we manage a client's mess indefinitely. We fix the problem, document the solution, and then we leave. This ensures that the insurance firms and other companies we help are truly self-sufficient.
