Tech Pipeline is working with a UK-based consultancy to remove the operational drag that comes from disjointed internal systems. This Junior AI Implementation Specialist role is about bridging the gap between their existing tools and the automated workflows they need to function. You will not be building abstract models from scratch. Instead, you will be fixing the specific routing rules and data inputs that cause their current processes to stall. This is a fully remote position that focuses on practical, working solutions rather than slide decks.

About Tech Pipeline

We fix the friction that slows companies down. We handle broken approval chains and manual reconciliations. We focus on the seams between the software you already own and the work that needs to happen. We update SOPs that no longer match reality. We stay through the cutover to ensure the fix holds. Our goal is to remove the daily drag so teams can get back to what matters. We value clear documentation, named ownership, and plain English.

What You Will Do

  • Audit existing manual workarounds to find where an AI routing rule could save time.
  • Test prompt sequences to ensure they handle messy, real-world data correctly.
  • Review logs to identify where automated tasks are failing or drifting.
  • Draft new SOPs for client teams so they can manage the implementation themselves.
  • Coordinate with the consultancy team to clean up stale data before it enters a new workflow.
  • Participate in the first month of live operation to troubleshoot any immediate issues.
  • Update the decision log for every change made to the implementation.
  • Verify that data flows correctly between disparate systems after a fix is applied.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Bring

  • A basic understanding of how Large Language Models work and how to write clear prompts.

  • Curiosity about why a system broke rather than just trying to hide the error.
  • Strong writing skills to create clear, plain English documentation.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote environment with high levels of individual ownership.
  • Experience from a project, internship, or university course where you had to solve a technical problem.
  • Willingness to learn the technical configuration of various software platforms.

What We Offer

  • Full-time, permanent role with competitive pay that reflects the market and your entry-level experience.
  • The chance to work on a concrete project for a UK-based consultancy from your remote location.
  • A working environment that values the completion of a project over long-term retainers.
  • Direct experience with the practical side of AI implementation rather than theoretical work.
  • A culture that prioritizes technical truth and documentation over corporate fluff.

How We Work

We prioritize written updates over synchronous meetings. Every project we finish includes a comprehensive runbook and a decision log so the client knows exactly why a specific fix was chosen. We believe in named ownership for every task, meaning you will have the autonomy to manage your specific parts of the implementation. Once the client team is stable and can run the process without us, we leave. This commitment to clarity ensures we leave every system better than we found it and allows our team to move on to the next problem that needs solving.
