Junior AI Operations Engineer
Location - London, UK (Onsite)
Contract - Inside IR35
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Operations Specialist to manage enterprise AI tool adoption, provide technical support, and optimize platform operations across our organization. This role focuses on hands-on platform management, technical troubleshooting, and operational excellence for leading AI platforms including Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Figma, Cursor, and internal SharePoint AI applications.
The successful candidate will combine technical depth in AI platforms with operational expertise in license management, incident response, and workflow optimization—supporting users from individual contributors to C-suite executives.

Required Experience & Skills
Core Requirements
- 1-4 years of operations, technical support, platform management, or IT systems experience
- Hands-on experience with at least 3 of the following: Claude (API or Teams), Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI (ChatGPT or API), Figma, Cursor, or similar AI/developer tools
- Demonstrated proficiency in license tracking, software provisioning, and vendor management
- Experience with incident response, troubleshooting, and change management processes
- Solid working knowledge of scripting or programming (Python, JavaScript, SQL) to support agent development and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications
- BE/BTech from IIT colleges only
- Prior experience with AI adoption programs, AI governance, or ML Ops
- Certification in IT operations, systems administration, or change management (ITIL, CompTIA, AWS, Azure)
- Experience building and deploying conversational AI applications, chatbots, or intelligent automation solutions
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and data governance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Background in life sciences, biotech, or regulated industries
