Junior Airtime Administrator
Location: Redhill, Surrey (Office-Based)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Airtime Administrator to join a global leader within the satellite communications industry.
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys working with numbers, administration, and technology. You'll receive full training while supporting the Airtime team with billing, provisioning, and customer administration, gaining exposure to a wide range of satellite communication services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Airtime team with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Learn and understand satellite communication products and associated billing processes.
- Process service activations, deactivations, and package amendments.
- Assist with monthly billing activities and invoice validation.
- Maintain accurate customer account information across internal systems.
- Monitor and resolve provisioning and billing issues.
- Perform regular system housekeeping checks and identify processing errors.
- Manage support tickets through to successful resolution.
- Process prepaid voucher sales and associated administration.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requests are completed accurately and on time.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

About You:
We're looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to develop their career.
You'll ideally have:
- Strong numerical ability and excellent attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- The ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- A team-oriented approach with a flexible mindset.

Previous experience in administration, billing, or finance would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
