We're Hiring for a Founder in Our Network
We're hiring for a founder in our network who's building a community app marketplace - and needs someone who can ship fast.
About the Role
This is a graduate or early-career role. You won't have years of experience - but you'll have projects. Apps you built at university, side projects you shipped at 2am, hackathon entries, personal tools you made because you needed them. That's what we're looking for.
You'll work directly with the CEO or CTO to take an idea from zero to a working MVP in around two months. No lengthy sprint planning. No design-by-committee. Just a clear brief, fast build, and real users testing real product from day one.

The Role
- Build MVPs end-to-end, from brief to TestFlight or Play Store build
- Work directly with the founder, no layers, no approval chains
- Translate rough ideas into working product fast
- Iterate based on real user feedback from day one
- Contribute to product decisions, if something won't work, say so early

What They're Looking For
- Recent graduate or early-career developer, final year students welcome to apply
- At least one app you can walk us through, App Store link, TestFlight, GitHub, anything real
- Mobile development skills in iOS, Android, or cross-platform (React Native, Flutter)
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable with ambiguity, early-stage means things change fast
- Able to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
