We are working with a highly established and rapidly expanding financial services organisation that is undergoing an ambitious period of change and transformation. This company offers excellent scope for career progression and the opportunity to work on interesting projects.

The Role

  • Maintain the stability, reliability, and usability of critical business applications
  • Gain hands-on experience across incident management, system monitoring, and user support
  • Assist in logging, investigating, and resolving application incidents
  • Monitor application performance and system alerts, escalating issues as needed
  • Provide support to users and troubleshoot application issues
  • Support application releases and carry out post-deployment checks

What You'll Need

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a similar subject, OR commercial experience as a Junior Application Support Analyst or similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong interest in IT systems and application support
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Any experience using GitHub or supporting SaaS applications is an advantage
  • Exposure to software testing and/or experience in a financial services organisation is a plus
