The Role
Provide front office application and production support to global FX, Rates, eCommerce, and Credit businesses. Manage and own P1/P2 incidents and problems end-to-end, communicating effectively with internal users and management. Monitor application state and input/output data correctness, ensuring high uptime targets for eTrading platforms. Document support procedures and contribute to the team's knowledge base for in-scope applications. Participate in release cycles, coordinating deployment and post-release checks. Contribute to capacity management and continuous service level improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need
A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar numerate discipline with strong problem-solving skills. High motivation to learn within a complex financial environment. A genuine interest in front office trading environments and the criticality of trading applications. Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and a proactive attitude. Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to diverse stakeholders. Resilience and a positive mindset when supporting stressed users and traders.
