We are looking for an Associate Application Support Analyst to join our Application Support team, helping local authorities maximise the value of our market-leading education and social care software. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in technology, supported by a structured training programme and a collaborative team environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Providing 2nd line support for customer incidents using Jira
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues using logs, SQL, and diagnostic tools
  • Working closely with Product, Development, and third-party partners
  • Replicating issues to identify bugs and support long-term fixes
  • Communicating with customers clearly and regularly
  • Taking ownership of assigned customers and ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAs
  • Supporting both hosted and on-premise systems

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and motivated to learn.

You will bring:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A basic understanding of IT systems or software
  • An interest in SQL or programming
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience with Jira, server environments, or remote support tools is helpful but not essential.
