A leading global financial services firm, renowned for its expertise in capital markets and investment banking, is seeking a talented individual to join its dynamic team. This company provides cutting-edge electronic solutions to global FX, Rates, and eCommerce businesses, supporting critical trading operations worldwide.

The Role

  • Provide front office application and production support for a global team in FX, Rates, and eCommerce.
  • Support the ION platform, in-house pricing applications, algorithmic trading, and straight-through processing (STP).
  • Manage and own P1/P2 incidents and problems end-to-end, communicating with users and management.
  • Monitor application state, troubleshoot, and perform system administration for eTrading platforms.
  • Contribute to knowledge management, documenting procedures, and training regional support teams.
  • Participate in release cycles for functional validation and coordinate deployments.

What You'll Need

  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar numerate discipline.
  • Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • High motivation to learn within a complex financial environment.
  • Genuine interest in front office trading environments and critical trading applications.
  • Familiarity with Python and experience in a similar support role (desirable).
  • French language skills are strongly preferred.
