Junior Architectural Technician

£30,000 - £35,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits

Spalding, Lincolnshire

Are you an Architectural Graduate, Architectural Technician, Architectural Assistant or similar looking to join a close-knit, successful company who are known for valuing their employees and investing in their technical development through training and progression opportunities?

Do you want to join a thriving practice which cover a range of residential properties and conversions on planning and designs as well as the opportunity to get involved in commercial, educational and industrial projects.

On offer is a great opportunity to build a career with a company who will support your future progression with opportunities to progress to senior positions within the company. In this role you will gain experience on all aspects of the architecture; working across the RIBA stages, working on planning and building regulations, reading technical drawings to creating concepts and drawings and liaising with clients on site.

The company is a well-established company working on residential development projects across East Anglia. They work on planning and properties for new build contracts.

This role would an Architectural Graduate, Architectural Technician, Architectural Assistant or similar looking to join a close-knit, successful company specialising in residential developments.

The Role:

  • Creating technical drawings using AutoCAD 2D
  • Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, early finish Friday
  • Dealing with the lifecycle of projects including liaising with clients on site

The Person:

  • Architectural Graduate, Architectural Technician, Architectural Assistant
  • Able to work across RIBA stages and use AutoCAD 2D
  • Commutable to Spalding
