Junior Art Department

We are seeking a positive, highly organised, creative, and proactive individual to join our growing and dynamic team in the role of Junior Art Department. Working closely with our compact, close-knit team and the Agency Director, this is a varied and integral role within the business, offering the opportunity to work across our artists, clients, marketing, and day-to-day agency operations.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing & Social Media

  • Archive Management: save, maintain & organise, and track missing assets
  • Social Media: create content and schedule for Instagram, Vimeo, LinkedIn, etc. Including monitoring Parent’s social pages and sharing required insight reports
  • Website & Newsletters: preparation of all weekly newsletters and website updates
  • CRM: monitor and actively update the database in real-time with new and existing clients
  • Diary Management: update, log new jobs and enquiries, and ensure information is clear and up to date
  • Marketing: Direct marketing and social media analysis
  • New business: research according to agents’ needs
  • Assisting Agents with artists’ folios and bios – keeping iPad up to date and charged

General Support

  • Provide our artists with administrative support when necessary
  • Assist & manage clients & artists appointments (reaching and chasing) according to target list defined with director
  • Provide Agency Director with appropriate preparation before meetings and check-ins, including creating travel itineraries, providing reminders about content and action items, and tracking follow-up items.
  • Act as a key first point of contact for clients in the office
  • Provide high-level operational and administrative support to the Agency Director as needed on both professional and personal levels
  • Manage internal communication and prioritization, including organizing and filtering email and messaging, flagging and managing action items and tasks
  • Write and edit internal and external communications
  • Travel Management: Arrange all domestic and international travel to ensure consistency within company procedures
  • Manage invoicing, expenses, and reimbursements with the Director and Accounts as required
  • Assist with shoot and production preparation, including schedules, call sheets, and production documentation

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Creativity and an eye for detail
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Canva, macOS, and social media channels/algorithms
