About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Art Director to join our creative team.

As a Junior Art Director at Haygarth, you'll help create ideas that don't just look exceptional—they move people to act. Working alongside copywriters, strategists and the wider creative team, you'll help develop integrated, through-the-line campaigns that connect brands with people at every touchpoint.

You'll bring a naturally visual mindset, fresh thinking and a passion for craft. You're curious, proactive and always looking for inspiration from design, fashion, technology, retail and culture. You'll play an active role in shaping creative ideas across experiential, retail, digital and social channels.

You'll also be comfortable using AI as a creative partner to accelerate ideation, visual exploration and prototyping, while applying your own judgement to ensure every piece of work is distinctive and effective.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing creative concepts and campaign ideas across multiple channels.
  • Collaborating with copywriters, strategists and designers to bring ideas to life.
  • Creating compelling visual directions and brand worlds.
  • Producing high-quality creative for retail, experiential, social, digital and shopper marketing.
  • Using AI tools to support ideation, visual exploration and creative development.
  • Researching trends and cultural insights to inspire fresh thinking.
  • Presenting ideas internally and contributing confidently during creative reviews.

What We're Looking For

  • A naturally curious and visually driven creative.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and a passion for ideas.
  • Excellent eye for design, typography and visual storytelling.
  • Interest in design trends, culture, fashion, retail and technology.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across disciplines.
  • Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Confidence using AI creatively to enhance—not replace—your thinking.
  • Someone who wants to raise the creative bar with every brief.
