Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Artworker for our Artwork Team. As a Junior Artworker, you will provide exceptional support to our clients by delivering high-quality scientific posters and figures efficiently and effectively.
You will work accurately and calmly in a fast-paced environment, proofing your own work as well as that of your colleagues. You will have strong communication skills to ensure smooth delivery of work to the brief provided. This is a technical role, rather than a creative position.
You will ideally be based in our Oxfordshire office to enable team collaboration; however, other UK office locations will be considered.
We are looking for a Junior Artworker who has:
- Adobe Creative Suite experience and Microsoft Office skills (particularly PowerPoint and Word)
- An understanding of print and production processes, with a good eye for layout and design

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
