Founded 21 years ago, we are now established as one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers. We employ around 140 employees across head office and retail, creating and selling a beautiful range of women’s clothing and accessories characterised by effortlessness, simplicity, and a laidback sense of style. Our Creative Team
Our Creative team brings the brand to life across every customer touchpoint, from inspiring emails and engaging social content to beautiful website experiences. We're looking for a Junior Artworker to join our Creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a great eye for design, a passion for digital content, and a desire to learn and develop within a fast-paced fashion brand.
Fixed Term Contract: 6 months
Location: Clapham
Hybrid: 3 days office
What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with the Creative team, you'll help deliver high-quality digital assets that are both visually compelling and true to the Hush brand. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of digital channels.

You'll be responsible for:
- Creating and delivering weekly email campaigns and seasonal email templates.
- Designing digital assets for the website, including homepage content, banners, and CMS updates.
- Editing, cropping, and curating imagery for email, web, and paid marketing campaigns.
- Supporting the wider Creative team with day-to-day artwork requirements.
- Ensuring all creative output is consistent with our brand guidelines and delivered to an exceptional standard.
- Exploring new creative tools, technologies, and AI to help improve the way we work.
About You
You're creative, organised, and genuinely excited by digital design. You have a strong eye for layout, typography, and imagery, love working collaboratively, and are keen to develop your skills within a creative fashion environment.
You'll ideally have:
- A degree in Graphic Design or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience using Figma or similar interface design software.
- A solid understanding of designing for digital across desktop, mobile, email, and social platforms.
- An interest in AI and how it can support creativity and efficiency.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- An interest in video editing for social content.
- A proactive approach, a willingness to learn, and confidence to contribute ideas.
- An exceptional eye for imagery, particularly within fashion and lifestyle.
- A good understanding of current design trends and best practice.
