A dynamic UK real estate investment and asset management platform is seeking a bright and proactive junior Asset Manager (Graduate through to Newly Qualified) to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a clientside role, working across a portfolio of shopping centre assets within a well respected and growing team.
The Opportunity:
- You’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for the performance of key retail assets across major UK cities.
- The role spans the full asset management lifecycle – from leasing and income optimisation to project delivery, service charge oversight, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on value creation.
- You’ll work closely with senior asset managers and development professionals, gaining strong exposure and autonomy.
- The culture is inclusive, supportive, and focused on long-term growth and impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- MRICS accredited degree
- Background in retail property management, leasing, or asset management (clientside or advisory)
- Solid understanding of leasing, service charges, valuations and stakeholder management
- Organised, commercially minded and confident working across multiple sites
- Willingness to travel within the UK as required
