Love European football and the stories behind the game? We are looking for a Junior Assistant Producer to join our London team and help shape Prime Video's UK coverage of the UEFA Champions League.

Sunset+Vine, the sports arm of Tinopolis Group, is a global sports media company with major international host broadcast production contracts and UK and international broadcast commissions. We produce more than 2,000 hours of original sports programming each year, spanning live coverage, highlights and feature programming.

We are based in London, with offices in Singapore, Glasgow, Cardiff and Milan.

The opportunity

Based in Hammersmith, you will join our Editorial Team and report directly to the Executive Producer. Your main focus will be our live sports coverage for Prime Video's UK broadcasts of the UEFA Champions League, with opportunities to contribute to other Sunset+Vine productions throughout the year.

You will work closely with colleagues throughout the production process, researching stories and statistics, developing ideas for live programming and features, and supporting the team's regular weekly output. It is a varied role for someone who is keen to build their editorial and production experience in a busy live sports environment.

We would love to hear from someone with strong knowledge of European football and a real interest in finding the stories, statistics and historical details that make coverage more useful and engaging for Prime Video viewers.

What you will be doing

  • Work closely with and support the wider production team throughout the production process.
  • Contribute ideas and help develop concepts and content with the Editorial Team.
  • Provide producers and Assistant Producers with relevant, verified research, statistics and storylines for match coverage, studio discussions, digital content and VTs.
  • Take part in team meetings and contribute to the editorial direction of the programme and its individual elements.
  • Work with producers, Assistant Producers and graphics teams to make sure content is accurate and engaging.
  • Log and collate key match and programme footage, working with the VT production team to identify useful material for edits.
  • Develop ideas for features, interviews and other storytelling segments.
  • Organise and archive footage on Sunset+Vine and Prime MAM systems.
  • Source archive material from external suppliers and from Sunset+Vine, Prime and UEFA MAM systems when required.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with key external archive suppliers.
  • Deliver recurring elements and other deliverables from the edit to the appropriate recipients.
  • Travel to matches across Europe and work alongside ENG crews to gather footage.
  • Attend shoots when required, assisting with rushes management and supporting the producer.
  • Support fact-checking to maintain editorial standards and credibility.
  • Liaise with editors, on-screen talent and production coordinators to help content run smoothly from production to delivery.
  • Edit rushes and provide rough cuts when required.
  • Manage the integration of sponsorship elements across all UK UEFA Champions League coverage.
  • Source imagery for graphics partners.
  • Oversee delivery of the UEFA Weekly Magazine Show.
  • Oversee delivery of countdown clocks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
