Junior Associate – Flexible Workspace Advisory
London Bridge / Borough Market, London
Up to £45,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£100,000+ OTE)
Hybrid working with 2 days from home
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Flexible Workspace Advisory team within one of London's leading commercial property consultancies. Based in modern offices close to Borough Market, this role offers the chance to build a successful career advising businesses on office and flexible workspace solutions across London while earning uncapped commission in one of the capital's fastest-growing property sectors.
Joining a small, ambitious team at an exciting stage of its growth, you'll work directly alongside experienced advisers, gaining exposure to every aspect of the occupier advisory process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by building relationships, solving problems and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll do
- Working closely with clients ranging from start-ups through to established international businesses, you will advise occupiers on finding office and flexible workspace solutions that best support their business objectives.
- Acting as a trusted adviser throughout the process, you'll guide clients from their initial enquiry through to successful completion.
- This is a fast-moving, high-volume advisory role where no two days are the same. You'll spend much of your day speaking with clients, responding to enquiries, qualifying requirements, arranging viewings and managing multiple live instructions simultaneously.
- You'll quickly become immersed in London's flexible office market, developing a detailed understanding of available space, market trends and occupier requirements.
- Alongside managing inbound enquiries, you'll proactively generate new business through outbound calls, networking and relationship building. You'll build long-term relationships with landlords, workspace operators and occupiers, creating opportunities for repeat business while delivering an exceptional level of customer service throughout every interaction.
- Working directly with senior members of the team, you'll also accompany clients on viewings across London, negotiate commercial terms, manage transactions through to completion and maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
- As your experience develops, you'll take on increasing responsibility while benefiting from ongoing mentoring and structured career development.

What you'll need
- A naturally confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and speaking with clients every day.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple enquiries, calls and priorities running simultaneously.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
- Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Ambitious, resilient and motivated by achieving targets and earning uncapped commission.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn from experienced advisers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine interest in commercial property and London's office market.
- Previous experience within sales, recruitment, estate agency, hospitality, customer service or another relationship-led environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and is excited by joining a business during a period of significant growth.

The Flexible Workspace Advisory division is still in the early stages of its growth journey, currently operating as a close-knit specialist team with ambitious expansion plans. Over the next two years, the business expects to more than double revenue and significantly grow the advisory team, creating outstanding progression opportunities for individuals who demonstrate ambition, commitment and a strong client-first approach.

Package & Benefits
- Up to £45,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission structure with realistic £100,000+ OTE
- 10% internal referrals and 15% commission on own leads
- Hybrid working (3 days working from home)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
- 25 days leave + 3 company days, company holidays
