At Box Productions

At Box Productions, we’re the crew behind the curtain making live events and retail spaces look incredible. From jaw-dropping scenic builds and technical set ups to seamless installations, we bring big ideas to life - and we’re pretty great at it.

We’re now looking for a Junior AV Technician

We’re now looking for a Junior AV Technician to join Box Productions to join the expanding team to support on site installations and events.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has a basic working knowledge of event lighting, sound and video and is looking to develop their technical skills and experience within the live events industry.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, approachable and professional, as this is a client-facing role. You’ll regularly work directly with clients and venues, so being comfortable communicating with people, representing the company professionally and having a positive, can-do attitude are just as important as your technical ability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
