Working Pattern: Part-time, 15 hours per week across 3 days (schedule to be agreed)

Salary: TBC, depending on experience

About Us

Founded in 1989, applied acoustics is a world-leading, award-winning British manufacturer of specialist marine electronic-acoustic products.

Headquartered at our state-of-the-art facility in Great Yarmouth, we design and manufacture innovative subsea navigation, underwater positioning (USBL) systems and marine seismic survey equipment.

Our products are used by commercial, academic and defence customers around the world, supported by an established global distributor network. We pride ourselves on technical excellence, British manufacturing quality and strong, long-standing B2B partnerships.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative B2B Marketing & Content Co-ordinator to join our team.

This is a varied, hands-on role ideally suited to someone at the beginning of their marketing career who enjoys creating digital content and would like to develop their skills within an international B2B environment.

The role will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager, who will set marketing priorities, provide briefs and direction, and oversee the overall marketing plan. The Marketing & Content Co-ordinator will focus primarily on the practical creation and delivery of marketing materials in response to those briefs.

You will help produce content across social media, photography, video, graphic design, website updates, email marketing and exhibitions. The Sales & Marketing Manager will provide guidance throughout the process and review and approve content and marketing materials before they are published, distributed or released externally.

You will not be expected to develop marketing strategy or campaigns independently. Instead, you will have the opportunity to build your practical marketing and creative skills while working to clear briefs with the support and direction of an experienced manager.

You don't need to be an expert in subsea technology. We will help you learn about our products, customers and industry. What's more important is creativity, attention to detail, a willingness to learn and an enthusiasm for turning technical information into clear and engaging content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
