- Be interested in pursuing a career in creative talent agenting or production.
- Have a can-do, positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Have an interest in, and knowledge of the fashion & beauty industry and social media is preferred.
Junior Producer Role:
Production:
- Assist Agent in working on the Artist Schedules
- Review and send out call sheets to talent & assistants
- Coordinate International Travel under guidance of the agent
- Arrange flights, hotels, and cars
- Produce Itineraries
- Collect receipts
- Oversee assistant database and keeping contact information up to date
- Option Assistants for Artist shoots and fashion shows
- Manage assistant invoices

Accounting:
- Generate invoices in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the accounting department on past due payments
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Arrange messengers, order product requests for artists & coordinate deliveries
Imagery / Website:
- Collect, save, and upload assets for artist archives & agency website
The Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge, awareness, and personal interest in working within the Fashion and Beauty industry.
- Highly organized multi-tasker; excellent organizational, follow-through skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
