Junior Billing Coordinator
A leading London-based law firm is looking for a Junior Billing Coordinator to join their finance team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their experience within legal billing and develop their career within a professional services environment.
About the Role
The role will involve assisting with the day-to-day billing function, including reviewing, drafting, printing, and finalizing invoices, as well as processing credit notes. You will work closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager and wider finance team to ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

You will also be responsible for ensuring billing activity complies with relevant VAT requirements, assisting with queries, and supporting the team with a range of day-to-day billing and administrative tasks.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience within a billing, finance, or accounts environment, ideally within a law firm or professional services setting, although training will be provided for the right person. Strong attention to detail, good organisation, and a willingness to learn are essential.
