Junior BIM Coordinator
Location: Newark
Salary: GBP 30,35,000

Responsibilities Of The Junior BIM Coordinator
- Support the team in delivering BIM projects across every RIBA work stage
- Contribute to the rollout of BIM standards, workflows, and best practice
- Coordinate models and keep a check on the quality of information
- Provide project teams with support on BIM software and processes
Requirements For The Junior BIM Coordinator
- A degree in architectural technology
- Relevant post-qualification experience in a BIM-focused role within a practice
- Practical understanding of BIM technologies and architectural processes
- Strong Revit skills
- Awareness of statutory requirements, quality management, and health and safety
- Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Based within commuting distance of Newark
