CV-BRIDGE LTD is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and numerical Junior Bookkeeper & Finance Assistant to join our growing UK team on a flexible hybrid basis.
This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate or recent graduate with a strong interest in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial administration who wants to gain practical, hands-on experience in managing core finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with routine bookkeeping tasks, including logging financial transactions and updating ledgers
- Process supplier invoices, client receipts, expense claims, and routine payment runs accurately
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and cross-check financial records to resolve discrepancies
- Support the preparation of basic monthly financial summaries, budget reports, and balance sheets
- Maintain structured digital filing systems compliant with UK accounting standards and GDPR regulations
- Liaise professionally with internal teams and external suppliers regarding billing and invoice queries
- Provide general administrative support to the wider finance and operations team as needed

Requirements
- High degree of numerical accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounting fundamentals, or spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet routine deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in both remote and office environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or introductory accounting qualifications (e.g., AAT interest/level)
- No prior professional bookkeeping experience required; academic coursework or personal finance projects are welcome
