A well-established, multi-site FMCG food business supplying both branded and own-label products across the UK retail market. Backed by a leading international food group, the business combines the stability and investment of a global organisation with the agility and entrepreneurial culture of a growing UK team. With ambitious plans to increase brand awareness and continue expanding its retail presence, it's an exciting time to join a marketing team that plays a genuine role in shaping future growth.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering the Bart brand strategy and supporting the continued growth of one of the UK's leading food brands. Working closely with Commercial, Category, Sales, and Innovation, you'll take ownership of retailer-specific shopper marketing, brand activations, and new product launches, helping translate consumer and category insight into commercially successful marketing plans. From developing sell-in materials and retailer campaigns through to coordinating packaging updates, agency management, and measuring campaign performance, this is a hands-on brand marketing role where you'll have genuine ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to make a measurable commercial impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
