Role Description

The Junior Brand Ambassador is a full-time, on-site role based in Islington. In this position, the team member represents client brands in face-to-face settings, engaging with potential customers, presenting product or service offerings, and supporting structured sales campaigns. The Junior Brand Ambassador will help generate leads, support customer acquisition targets, and provide feedback from the field to improve campaign performance. The role also involves adhering to compliance standards, maintaining high levels of professionalism, and collaborating with colleagues and team leaders to ensure consistent brand representation.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills for effective customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Basic sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities, with an interest in developing structured sales and field marketing expertise.
  • Customer service mindset, with the capacity to understand customer needs and deliver clear, brand-aligned messaging.
  • Ability to work on-site in Islington, maintain a professional appearance, and represent brands with integrity and reliability.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments, with resilience and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to learn through training and coaching, with openness to feedback and ongoing skill development.
  • Basic organizational and time-management skills to manage daily tasks, reporting, and campaign schedules.
  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, promotions, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and availability for full-time, on-site work.
