The Role
As a Junior Brand Creative, you will be an integral member of the Brand Creative team reporting into the Lead Brand Creative and alongside the other internal teams, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of world-class creative which engages and inspires our consumer.
You will support and work on a variety of projects and activities from concept creation, graphic design, branding and packaging, with an understanding of the shoot production process and knowledge of design for social media, both current and emerging.
Working to a brief, you will develop appropriate creative ideas and concepts that fit the brief. The position requires creative flair, knowledge and interest in fashion and culture, up-to-date knowledge of industry software, and a professional approach to time management, costs, and deadlines.
You Will
- Assist in the development and execution of concepts for creative campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and in-store visuals.
- Collaborate with the Brand Creative team to ensure brand consistency across all creative materials.
- Support the creation of compelling visual content, including photoshoots, films, graphics, and animations.
- Collaborate and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our brand presence.
- Help manage the production process for creative projects, including coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends to inform creative decisions.
- Assist in maintaining the brand's visual guidelines.
- Support ad-hoc creative and artwork projects.
- Act as a guardian of the brand; following brand guidelines for creative briefs and roll out of seasonal campaigns, ensuring final assets are delivered in line with these.
- Design & artwork creative to ensure final files are delivered to spec and suitable for end use across digital or print.
- Work closely with our Brand Creative team, receiving briefs, conducting reviews/approvals, and proposing creative solutions along the way.
- Deliver briefs, with minimal referral, time-conscious, and able to execute with creative flair.
- Independently manage your workload, prioritizing tasks, and carry out a good level of QC to ensure your work is delivered to a high standard and to a set deadline.
- Promptly escalate any issues to your line manager, maintaining open communications on project statuses.
- Be able to work at a fast pace, in a high-pressured, multi-project environment.
- Manage and build relationships with key stakeholders within the Brand Creative Department.
- Be attentive and methodical, with a keen eye for detail.
- Be open to learning new skills & techniques.

You Are
- An enthusiastic individual, immersed in contemporary culture and style, who lives and breathes design and is passionate about their work.
- An experienced creative, with 1-3 years experience within a creative/fashion environment.
- At home working collaboratively with a team of art directors, designers, photographers, and producers.
- A talented creative, knowledgeable in typography, and able to layout documents with a good eye for detail.
- Well-organized, able to effectively manage own workload, and enjoy working to a brief and to a delivery deadline.
- Experienced with the use of creative software – Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Capture One Pro, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Familiar with different formats; digital/print production, and confident with creating final assets for these purposes.
- Collaborative and enjoy working as part of a creative team.
- Able to adhere to company processes and problem-solve independently.
- Able to understand the importance of building a brand and have previous experience of following brand guidelines to execute work.
