Junior Brand Manager

Our client is a well-established organisation with a growing presence across the UK and international markets. You’ll join a collaborative team working across a portfolio of established consumer brands, helping to bring products to market through a combination of creative thinking, commercial insight, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
The Junior Brand Manager will play an important role in supporting brand planning, product development, and go-to-market activity, helping to ensure the portfolio continues to perform both commercially and creatively.
Role Highlights
- Support annual and longer-term brand plans using market, consumer, and commercial insight
- Evaluate product ranges and develop go-to-market strategies for the UK market
- Work closely with sales teams to develop channel plans, presentations, and supporting materials
- Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders across launches and marketing activity
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and inventory to support commercial decision-making

You Will Need
- Confident presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and commercial data
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive, flexible mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
