We're looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our lively, experienced and endlessly fun team. You'll play a key part in supporting, delivering and developing our brands across the UK market - with plenty of room to learn and grow along the way.

Please note: This role is based in Cornwall and requires weekly attendance at our office. If you are applying from outside the local area, please include a cover note detailing your relocation intentions and expected timeline.

The Role

As a Junior Brand Manager, you will support the development, execution, and growth of brand and product strategies across a portfolio of brands within the UK market. Working closely with a vibrant, innovative and playful team, you will help deliver impactful marketing initiatives, monitor brand performance, and contribute to identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

What We're Looking For

  • Passionate, creative, highly organised, team player with strong attention to detail
  • A great communicator who enjoys collaborating and building relationships
  • Confident presenting and pitching ideas to a range of audiences - from internal teams to external customers and partners
  • Curious and self-motivated, with a growth mindset and a genuine love of learning
  • Experience in consumer product marketing (around a year or two), and excited to take your next step
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience
  • Awareness of the UK retail landscape (as it relates to consumer goods) would be a real plus
  • Knowledge of a variety of marketing tactics
  • Ability to support multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuinely interested in data, and keen to use it to support marketing decisions and forecasting
