This Assistant Brand Manager opportunity offers the chance to support the growth of an established consumer-focused brand with a strong reputation in its sector.
What you’ll be doing
As Assistant Brand Manager, responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the execution of the wider brand strategy, ensuring all activity aligns with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Maintaining a consistent brand identity across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Planning, coordinating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, supporting product launches and wider brand initiatives.
- Monitoring campaign performance, providing opportunities to analyse results, identify trends and recommend future improvements.
- Working closely with sales, product development, marketing, clinical and design teams, ensuring projects remain aligned and on schedule.
- Developing strong working relationships with external agencies and suppliers to deliver effective marketing materials and campaigns.
- Supporting market research projects, gathering consumer insights and analysing market trends to help inform future strategy and decision-making.

What experience you’ll need to apply
- At least two years' experience within a marketing or brand-focused role.
- Experience supporting and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign analysis, reporting and performance measurement.
- Proven ability to analyse market trends, customer insights and campaign data.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with internal teams and external agencies.
- CIM qualification or equivalent desirable.
- Degree educated or educated to A-Level standard.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and digital marketing platforms.
- Creative mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to travel when required.

What you’ll get in return for your experience
The successful Assistant Brand Manager will receive a salary of £25-30k depending on experience. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week spent in the office. Alongside a competitive salary, the role provides valuable exposure to a broad range of branding, marketing and campaign activities, as well as the opportunity to develop skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.
